Lemoncello Collins

  

  2 Oz lemoncello
  1.5 Oz Bombay Sapphire or other gin
  1.5 Oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
  2 Oz club soda
  1 Oz simple syrup
Add ingredients and shake with crushed ice in a cocktail shaker, garnish with lemon wheel and sprig of mint if you wish!
